摘 要:对装配式钢结构建筑和混凝土建筑进行了全寿命周期经济性分析。以济阳县第二实验小学教学楼项目工程为例,选取钢框架和混凝土框架两种结构体系搭配不同的外墙、楼板和内墙板等围护体系共计十种比较方案进行经济性研究,运用全寿命周期成本评价体系分别计算每种方案的初始成本、建设成本、维护成本、拆除成本和残值,发现装配式钢框架结构体系的全寿命周期成本均低于其他方案,装配式钢结构建筑具有更好的经济性与推广应用价值。This paper compares the life cycle cost of two commonly used structural systems for buildings,pre-fabricated steel structure system and cast-in-situ concrete frame structure system.The case study of the No.2 experimental primary school building,located in Jiyang County,is presented as an illustrative example.Ten design solutions are proposed for this case study covering these two structural systems,combining different types of exterior wall,slab and interior wall systems.A life cycle cost analysis is performed to evaluate the economic impact among these design options,including initial cost,construction cost,maintenance cost,demolition cost and residual value.The results have shown that the pre-fabricated steel frame structure system has a significant advantage over the cast-in-situ concrete frame structure system based on the total life cycle cost.Pre-fabricated steel structure building is more cost-effective and is more worthy of being promoted and applied.
