摘 要:目的应用彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)观察长期低浓度砷暴露引起家兔眼动脉血流动力学的变化,以探讨砷导致的眼损害情况。方法将54只健康新西兰大白兔随机分为4组(阴性对照组及染毒低、中、高剂量组)。各剂量组分别给予10、50和250μg/L浓度的含砷饮用水,阴性对照组给予不含砷饮用水,动物自由饮用,连续90 d。在染毒前和染毒90 d时应用CDFI检测各组动物眼动脉的血流参数:眼动脉收缩期峰流速(PSV)、舒张末期峰流速(EDV)及其阻力指数(RI)。结果染毒后高剂量组动物眼动脉PSV、EDV明显低于阴性对照组,RI明显高于阴性对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论长期低浓度砷暴露可导致眼血管弹性差,动物眼组织血供不足,造成眼部组织损害。Objective To observe the changes of fundus hemodynamics in rabbits with chronic arsenic poisoning by color Doppler ultrasound(CDFI). Methods Fifty-four healthy New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups(negative control group and low, medium and high dose group). Each dose group was given 10, 50 and 250 μg/L arsenic containing drinking water respectively, negative control group was given arsenic free drinking water, for 90 consecutive days. CDFI was used to detect the blood flow parameters of the ophthalmic artery in each group before and 90 days after exposure: peak systolic velocity(PSV), peak end diastolic velocity(EDV) and resistance index(RI). Results The systolic and diastolic velocity of blood flow spectrum in high dose group were significantly lower than that in negative control group, and the resistance index was significantly higher than those in negative control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Long term exposure to low concentration of arsenic can lead to poor elasticity of eye blood vessels, insufficient blood supply of animal eye tissues, and damage of eye tissues.
