摘　　要：激进革命时代的结束并不意味着革命成为一种珍藏的记忆。在全球化扩张的时代,革命党治理下的国家依然面临未完成的革命使命的挑战。中国共产党在新的时期强调的“不忘初心,牢记使命”,不是一种修辞性的提醒,而是在新的政治经济语境下力图保持其革命性质的具体行动的思想准备。贫困,就是这个行动的先行场域。Development is the fundamental and initial aspiration of the Communist Party of China. Yet, the distribution of profit in the process of development has also been a global conundrum. For decades, China has been addressing this problem through a huge project of poverty alleviation. As the redistribution of benefit requires certain radical measures that go beyond the boundaries of existing bureaucratic system, the project has been carried out through a revolutionary mass mobilization mechanism. The poverty alleviation project embodies the consensus of society, and shows that the CPC has remained committed to its initial goal of development.
