摘 要:为提高海上油田长射孔段套管井砾石充填效果、降低充填作业风险,本文以射孔段长、充填系数低的S1井为例,根据射孔孔道内砾石充填机理,结合S1井射孔参数、施工参数等实际数据,计算S1井实现完全充填所需的最小排量,分析其充填系数低的原因;优化S2井砾石充填施工参数,并提出配套的施工措施,形成优化的S2井砾石充填方案。S1井2层射孔段实际有效充填排量分别为635.96 L/min、794.95 L/min,计算S1井砾石充填最小排量分别为1555 L/min、1070 L/min;S2井充填层段优化为4层、射孔前替入简易PRD射孔液控制井筒漏失、提高砾石充填排量至1112.93 L/min,方案优化后的S2井除底层一次射开厚度较高未达预期外,其余层位充填系数均超过40 kg/m。现场的成功应用验证了该完井方案的有效性,并为以后类似长射孔段套管井的砾石充填完井提供了参考。In order to improve the gravel packing effect and reduce the risk of packing operation in cased wells with long perforation section in offshore oilfields,this paper takes well S1 with low packing coefficient in perforation section as an example.According to the gravel packing mechanism in perforation channel,and combining with the actual data of perforation parameters,construction parameters and construction effect of well S1,this paper calculated the minimum placement needed for well S1 to achieve complete packing,and analyzed the reasons of low packing coefficient.The construction parameters of gravel packing in well S2 are optimized,and the corresponding construction measures were put forward to form the optimized gravel packing scheme in well S2.The effective packing displacement of the perforated section in well S1 is 635.96 L/min and 794.95 L/min respectively,and the minimum gravel packing displacement calculated is 1555 L/min and 1070 L/min respectively.The gravel packing scheme of well S2 was optimized as follows:filling interval is optimized to 4 layers,simple PRD perforating fluid is replaced before perforation to control wellbore leakage and increase gravel packing displacement to 112.93 L/m.In addition to the high primary penetration thickness of the bottom layer,the filling coefficients of the other formations are all over 40 kg/m.Successful field application verifies the validity of the completion scheme,and provides a reference for gravel packing completion of cased wells with similar long perforation intervals in the future.
