摘　　要：以我国东部、中部、西部三大地区为研究对象,基于偏离份额模型对各地区2001—2016年分行业能源终端消费结构进行分析.结果表明:①中国三大地区能源终端消费在2001—2008年阶段呈现不同程度的增长,各行业之间的差异较为明显;2009—2016年阶段出现不同程度的下降.其中,东部和中部工业能源消耗下降幅度最大,带动了总体能耗的下降.②结构偏离分量方面:2001—2008年,建筑业明显低于其他行业的能源消费增速,对于区域总体能源消费的推动作用较小;2009—2016年,工业和其他行业能源消费增速较低,而农林牧渔业、建筑业、交通运输业、批发零售业和生活消费的能源消费增速较高,对区域能源消费的推动作用较大.③竞争偏离分量方面:中国三大地区能源终端消费行业差异显著.2001—2008年,东部地区的工业和批发零售业能源消费增速高于全国,中部地区工业和批发零售业增速低于全国,西部地区由于经济发展的需要,建筑业和批发零售业能源消费增速明显高于全国;2009—2016年,东部地区各行业能源消费增速均低于全国,中部地区除工业能源消费外,各行业能源消费增速仍高于全国,西部地区工业和批发零售业能源消费远高于全国平均水平.Focusing on the three regions of Eastern,Central and Western China,this paper analyzes the energy terminal consumption structure of these regions among different industries from 2001 to 2016 based on the SSM model.The results show that:①The energy terminal consumption of the three regions in China has increased in different degrees from 2001 to 2008,and the differences among different industries are obvious.In 2009—2016,however,decrease in different degrees is seen,with the industrial energy consumption in the East and the Central China having dropped the most,which led to the decline of the overall energy consumption;②In terms of the industry mix effect,in 2001—2008,the growth rate of energy consumption of construction industry was significantly lower than that in other industries,which played a small role in promoting the regional overall energy consumption.In 2009—2016,the growth rate of energy consumption in industry and other trades was relatively low,while that in agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery,construction,transportation,wholesale and retail,and living consumption was relatively high,which played a greater role in promoting regional energy consumption;③In terms of the local share effect there was a significant difference in energy terminal consumption among variant industries in these three regions of China.From 2001 to 2008,the growth rate of energy consumption in industry,wholesale and retail trades of the eastern region was higher than that in the whole country,while that in the central region was lower than which in the whole country.Due to the needs of economic development,the growth rate of energy consumption in construction,wholesale and retail in the western region was significantly higher than that in the whole country.In 2009—2016,the growth rate of energy consumption in various industries in the eastern region was lower than that in the whole country,the rate among all industries except industrial energy consumption in the central region was still higher than tha
