摘 要:3D打印技术在近年来取得了巨大进步,随着计算机、影像学技术的不断发展及新材料的开发,3D打印技术在结构性心脏病领域的临床应用中发挥出其独特作用。其3D模型不但可以帮助医生及医学生了解心脏解剖结构和手术培训,而且还能帮助外科医生进行手术术前规划、术中指导甚至术式创新。将来3D打印技术与组织工程学的结合将有望解决人工瓣膜和血管移植物的窘境。3D打印在结构性心脏病中的应用可谓未来可期。3D printing technology has made great progress in recent years.With the development of computer,imaging technology and new materials,3D printing technology has also played its unique role in the clinical application of structural heart disease.Its 3D model can not only help doctors and medical students to understand the heart anatomy and surgical training better,but also help surgeons to perform preoperative planning,intraoperative guidance and even surgical innovation.In the future,the combination of 3D printing technology with tissue engineering will hopefully solve the dilemma of artificial valves and vascular grafts.The application of 3D printing in structural heart disease can be expected in the future.
