前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血临床治疗方法分析

摘　　要：目的对前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的临床治疗方法进行分析探讨。方法以2017年1月—2019年1月在该院接受治疗的110例前置胎盘患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行剖宫产术,将其随机分为两组,对照组55例患者采用宫腔填纱联合缩宫素治疗,观察组55例患者在上述基础上加用欣母沛治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组手术时间与住院时间明显短于对照组(t=13.098、9.772,P<0.05),输血量明显少于对照组(t=15.849,P<0.05)。观察组术中、术后2 h及术后24 h出血量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.291、18.377、8.061,P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为96.36%,明显高与对照组的78.18%(χ^2=10.283,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.45%,明显低于对照组的14.55%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=13.909,P<0.05)。结论对前置胎盘剖宫产术后出血患者采用欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗,能够有效减少患者产后出血量,提高治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To analyze the clinical treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section with placenta previa.Methods A total of 110 patients with placenta previa who were treated in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were taken as the research objects.All patients underwent cesarean section and were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 55 cases adopted intrauterine gauze filling combined with oxytocin treatment,55 patients in the observation group were treated with Xinmupei on the basis of the above,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(t=13.098,9.772,P<0.05),and the blood transfusion volume was significantly less than that in the control group(t=15.849,P<0.05).The amount of bleeding in the observation group the difference was statistically significant less than that in the control group during operation,2 h after operation and 24 h after operation(t=7.291,18.377,8.061,P<0.05).The treatment effective rate in the observation group was 96.36%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 78.18%(χ^2=10.283,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.45%,which difference was statistically significantly lower than the control group's 14.55%(χ^2=13.909,P<0.05).Conclusion Xinmupei combined with intrauterine gauze filling can be used for patients with bleeding after cesarean section of placenta previa,which can effectively reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,improve the treatment effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
