摘　　要：目的观察不同植骨治疗胸腰段脊柱爆裂骨折对患者椎体的影响。方法病例纳入时间范围为2017年6月—2019年6月,均为因胸腰段脊柱爆裂骨折到该院接受治疗患者,共计60例,后外侧植骨治疗(对照组)、椎弓根椎体内植骨治疗(观察组)均为30例,对比两组治疗效果。结果手术指标对比观察组患者术中出血量、术后引流量均少于对照组(t1=10.281,t2=9.603,P<0.05),手术时间及住院时间短于对照组(t1=8.932,t2=6.856,P<0.05);两组间不同时间椎体矫正效果比较,治疗前差异无统计学意义(t1=0.246,t2=1.102,t3=0.682,P>0.05),治疗后观察组各项指标均得以改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t1=6.788,t2=8.948,t3=10.281,P<0.05);观察组中有2例出现并发症,占6.7%,与对照组的23.3%比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.623,P<0.05)。结论针对胸腰段脊柱爆裂骨折患者行椎弓根椎体内椎骨治疗,对于提升椎体矫正效果、减少并发症的发生作用显著,手术安全性高,值得临床借鉴。Objective To observe the effects of different bone grafts on thoracolumbar spinal burst fractures on patients'vertebral bodies.Methods Cases were included in the period from June 2017 to June 2019.All patients received treatment in the hospital due to thoracolumbar spine burst fractures.A total of 60 patients were treated with posterolateral bone grafting(control group)and pedicle.Vertebral bone grafting(observation group)were all 30 cases,and the treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume of the observation group were less than those of the control group(t1=10.281,t2=9.603,P<0.05),and the operation time and hospital stay were shorter than the control group(t1=8.932,t2=6.856,P<0.05);the effect of vertebral correction at different times between the two groups was not different before treatment(t1=0.246,t2=1.102,t3=0.682,P>0.05),and observed after treatment of all the indicators in the group were improved.Compared with the control group(t1=6.788,t2=8.948,t3=10.281,P<0.05)was statistically significant.There were 2 cases of complications in the observation group,accounting for 6.7%.The difference of 23.3%in the group was statistically significant(χ^2=7.623,P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of vertebral vertebral vertebrae in patients with thoracolumbar spinal burst fractures has significant effects on improving the vertebral body correction effect and reducing the occurrence of complications,and it is highly safe and worthy of clinical reference.
