益气和中方加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴轻中度肠化生临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析益气和中方加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴轻中度肠化生临床效果。方法选择2017年9月—2018年9月来该院接受治疗80例慢性萎缩性胃炎合并轻中度肠化生患者为研究对象,将其分为2组,每组40例。对照组使用摩罗丹治疗疾病,观察组受试者利用益气和中方开展加减辩证治疗,分析结果,胃镜治疗效果、临床治疗效果以及病理疗效。结果相较于对照组,观察组受试者无论是临床治疗有效率,病理治疗有效率亦或者是胃镜治疗有效率方面明显更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组胃镜治疗有效率为95.00%,对照组治疗有效率为72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组临床治疗有效率为80.00%,观察组为95.00%(P<0.05)。对照组病理总有效率为65.00%,观察组为80.00%(χ^2=15.625、13.364、18.595,P<0.05)。结论对于慢性萎缩性胃炎合并轻中度肠化生患者来讲,使用益气和中方加减治疗,能够取得满意效果。这种药物能够在一定程度上逆转胃黏膜病理改变情况,因此值得进一步在临床中推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of Yiqi and Chinese herbs in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with mild to moderate intestinal metaplasia.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,80 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and mild to moderate intestinal metaplasia who were treated in the hospital were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into 2 groups of 40 patients each.The control group was treated with morodane for the disease,and the observation group subjects used Yiqi and Chinese medicine for dialectical treatment.The analysis results were specifically gastroscopy,clinical and pathological effects.Results Compared with the control group,the subjects in the observation group were significantly better in terms of clinical treatment efficiency,pathological treatment efficiency or gastroscopy treatment efficiency,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of gastroscopy in the observation group was 95.00%,and the effective rate in the control group was 72.50%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group was 80.00%,and the observation group was 95.00%P<0.05.The total pathological effective rate was 65.00%in the control group and 80.00%in the observation grou(χ^2=15.625,13.364,18.595,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic atrophic gastritis combined with mild to moderate intestinal metaplasia,the use of Yiqi and Chinese addition and subtraction treatment can achieve satisfactory results.This drug can reverse the pathological changes of gastric mucosa to a certain extent,so it is worth further promotion and application in clinical.
