摘　　要：脉管病(Vascular disease)在临床上包括动脉、静脉和皮肤血管等疾病,以上疾病虽然具有不同的发病因素和病情变化,但是根据研究发现,脉管病均和"邪""瘀"密切相关。中医学中,称周围血管为脉管,所以脉管病是周围血管疾病,所谓的"邪",是指常见的为风、寒、痰、热、湿等血管病的致病因素。所谓的"瘀",是指常见的血管痉挛、血液流变等血栓,临床症状为结节斑块、条索、紫绀、疼痛与麻木等。脉管病主要是发生在心脑血管之外的血管疾病,分为动脉血管疾病和静脉血管疾病。常见的脉管病种类包括:脉管炎、静脉曲张与下肢溃疡等。研究主要就脉管病的辨证治疗展开以下综述。Vascular disease clinically includes arterial,venous and cutaneous vascular diseases.Although the above diseases have different incidence factors and changes in condition,according to research,vascular diseases are all related to"evil""stasis"is closely related.In Chinese medicine,the surrounding blood vessels are called vasculature,so vascular disease is a peripheral vascular disease.The so-called"evil"refers to the common pathogenic factors of vascular diseases such as wind,cold,sputum,heat,and humidity.The so-called"stasis"refers to common blood clots such as vasospasm and blood rheology.The clinical symptoms are nodular plaque,streak,cyanosis,pain and numbness.Vascular disease is mainly a vascular disease that occurs outside the heart and brain blood vessels,and is divided into arterial vascular disease and venous vascular disease.Common types of vascular diseases include vasculitis,varicose veins,and lower extremity ulcers.The research focuses on the following aspects of the treatment of vascular disease.
