摘  要:给排水压力管道其水密性要求高,在施工完后必须进行压力试验。试验合格后才能进行管道的隐蔽回填工作。压力试验作为管道施工的重要环节,其施工质量对于后期管道正常运行影响较大。提高试验成功率有利于保证工程质量、节约成本。结合上海黄浦江上游闵奉原水支线C2标工程,对预应力钢筒混凝土顶管该特殊结构型式的管道压力试验工艺进行完整的总结,以便类似工程参考。The water tightness of water supply&drainage pressure pipeline is required to be high,so pressure test must be made after the construction.Only after the test is qualified can the concealed backfilling work be carried out.As an important part of pipeline construction,pressure test has a great influence on the normal operation of pipeline in the later stage.Improving the success rate of the test is conducive to ensuring the quality of the project and saving the cost.Combined with the bid C2 project of Minfengyuan water branch pipeline in the upper reaches of the Huangpu River in Shanghai,the pressure test technology of prestressed steel tube concrete pipe jacking with this special structure type is summarized completely for reference of similar projects.
