摘　　要：探讨了数字校园背景下基于个性化需求的高校教师教育技术培训网站的设计开发理念,提出建设符合高校教师实际情况的基于个性化需求的教育技术培训网站的相关策略,为高校教师提供参考。This paper discusses the design and development concept of educational technology training website for university teachers based on personalized needs under the background of digital campus,and puts forward the strategy of the construction of educational technology training website based on personalized needs,which is suitable for the actual situation of university teachers.This paper is for the sake of prefering some reference for other teachers.
