摘　　要：基于资源高效利用的生物质复合材料研发项目是培养木材科学研究生创新能力的有效载体,"整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全"6S管理制度被赋予新的内涵,保证了实验操作的规范化、程序化、系统化,保障了实验数据的可靠性、实验结果的正确性、实验分析的准确性、实验结论的科学性,研究取得了明显成效,提高了研究生的培养质量和实验室管理水平。Creative ability cultivation is the core of graduate student education,and the experimental research is an important method to improve the education quality.6S management system is used in the experiment research and lab management,which enhances the lab management level and the experiments quality.Biomass material development projects are used to educate the creative ability of graduate students.The 6S management steps ensure the standardization,routinization and systematization of the experiments,which guarantee the reliability of data,the accuracy of experimental analysis and the scientific nature of experimental conclusions.The application research has achieved remarkable results,improving the quality of postgraduate training and the level of laboratory management.
