基于灰关联的双极二元语义动态群决策模型及应用

摘　　要：针对多决策者在多准则下进行多阶段决策的语言型复杂问题,研究基于灰关联的双极二元语义动态群决策模型.通过分析多阶段决策过程中评价信息的评价质量,提出各决策阶段评价信息质量的测度指标和方案发生质变的判定指标.结合灰色关联分析理论,将二元语义时间权重模型改进为双极二元语义时间权重模型,确定时间权重和决策专家综合权重.基于权重信息将各专家单阶段的信息集结成群综合决策信息集,并计算各方案集结结果对应的可靠度,据此进行排序.以深度贫困地区产业扶贫项目为例验证该模型的有效性与可靠性.Aiming at the linguistic complexity of multi-decision-maker′s multi-stage decision-making under multi-criteria,a bipolar 2-tuple linguistic dynamic group decision-making model based on grey relational analysis is studied.By analyzing the evaluation quality of evaluation information in the multi-stage decisionmaking process,the measurement indexes of evaluation information quality in each decision-making stage and the judgment indexes of qualitative change of schemes are put forward.Combining with the theory of grey relation analysis,the 2-tuple linguistic time weight model is improved to bipolar 2-tuple linguistic time weight model to determine the time weight and the comprehensive weight of decision-making experts.Based on the weight information,the information of each expert in a single stage is gathered in groups to synthesize the decision information set and calculate the reliability corresponding to the aggregation results of each scheme,and sort them accordingly.The validity and reliability of the model are validated by an industrial poverty alleviation project in deep poverty-stricken areas.
