小篮球联赛裁判员临场判罚尺度的研究

摘　　要：为探索适合小篮球联赛的判罚尺度,提高判罚的准确性和比赛的流畅性,文章采用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,对小篮球联赛的裁判员临场判罚影响因素和小篮球特殊规则分析.在此基础上对小篮球联赛裁判员判罚尺度进行研究.研究表明:判罚尺度要遵循青少儿的身心发展规律,根据有利无利原则确保比赛顺利进行.据此研究提出,完善裁判员监督评价机制、提高裁判员临场判罚水平.In order to explore the judgement scale appropriate for the mini-basketball league,improve the accuracy of the judgement and ensure the flow of the game,this paper analyzes the influencing factors the referee′s on-the-spot judgement and special rules of the mini-basketball game by means of literature review and expert interview.The research shows that the judgement should follow the rules of physical and mental development of young children,and ensure the smooth flow of the game.It is proposed that the supervision and evaluation mechanism of referees should be improved in order to ensure the fairness of the game.
