摘  要:劳动力“极化”原因的探索对解决不同技能劳动者之间的工资差距问题有着深远的意义。导致劳动力“极化”产生的因素主要包括技术进步和贸易开放等。通过对国内外现有的探讨劳动力“极化”现象的文献研究,试图找出导致国内外劳动力“极化”的因素,并从理论角度对解决中国劳动力“极化”问题提出可行性的建议。The exploration of the root cause of“polarization”of labor force has far-reaching significance to solve the problem that the wage gap of labor force with different technical abilities is too large.The factors leading to the polarization of labor force mainly include technological progress and trade openness.Through studying the existing literature on the phenomenon of labor force polarization at home and abroad,this paper tries to find out the factors leading to the phenomenon of labor force polarization in China.And from the theoretical point of view to solve the“polarization”of China's labor force put forward feasible Suggestions.
