摘　　要：近年来"东伊运"组织通过与国际恐怖势力的勾连及不断更新的袭击手段,对我国的边境安全秩序带来很大挑战。从公安特警及武警部队的武力打击、出入境管理机关及海关部门的管理防控及边境地区社会多元化治理方面切入,并通过对相关文献的研读,结合"东伊运"当前活动特点,认为可以通过加强军警武力打击、筑牢海关和出入境部门管控举措、创新技术防范手段、强化国际反恐合作、构建社会多元化治理框架,多维度、多方面加固边境管控的铁壁铜墙。As a terrorist organization that poses the greatest threat to China’s national security and people’s life and property security,the“Eastern Turkistan Islamic Movement”has brought a huge challenge to China,s border security order in recent years through its connection with international terrorist forces and constantly updated attack means.Based on the analysis of the relevant literature and the characteristics of the current activities of the“Eastern Turkistan Islamic Movement”,the author thinks that we can strengthen the combat efforts of the military and police force,strengthen the control measures of the customs and the entry and exit departments,innovate the means of technical prevention,tightenintemational anti-terrorism cooperation,build a diversified social governance framework,and consolidate the iron wall of border control in many dimensions and aspects.
