摘　　要：破坏性创新是一种适合于我国实际情况的创新方法,企业在开放式创新背景下,如何有效运用外部知识网络推动破坏性创新,并实现企业的持续成长是亟待解决的问题。文章分析了破坏性创新与企业成长的关系、知识网络与企业成长的关系,在此基础上,讨论了破坏性创新企业的内涵以及特征,并结合企业的知识网络对破坏性创新的影响分析,剖析了开放式创新背景下,企业从破坏性创新转向维持性创新的持续成长机理,并提出了在此过程中知识网络的转变方向与重点。Disruptive innovation is an innovative method suitable for China's actual situation.Under the background of open innovation,how to use the knowledge network to better promote disruptive innovation and realize the sus tainable growth of enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper analyzes the relationship between disruptive innovation and enterprise growth,and the relationship between knowledge network and enterprise growth.On this basis,it discusses the connotation and characteristics of disruptive inovation enterprises.Combined with the impact of knowledge network on disruptive innovation enterprises,it analyzes the sustainable growth mechanism of enterprises from disruptive to sustaining innovation under the background of open innovation,and puts forward the transformation direction and key points of knowledge network in the process of sustainable growth of enterprises.
