摘 要:特高压变压器是特高压输变电工程最关键的设备之一,受电压高、容量大以及运输限制等影响,特高压变压器的设计以及运输难度大,现场安装工艺要求高。现场交接试验是验证特高压变压器生产和安装质量,确保其投运的重要重要技术手段。在特高压变压器所有交接试验项目中,带局部放电测量的感应耐压试验是难度最大,考核最严格,对变压器内部绝缘缺陷反应最灵敏的试验,是衡量电力变压器质量的重要检测手段。针对特高压变压器的特点,本文着重介绍了超声波波形定位识别技术在变压器局放试验中对于故障定位的技术原理及应用,并分析了超声波检测方法的优点。介绍了淮南站1000 kV变压器长时感应电压带局部放电测量的现场交接试验中试验设备的选择,参数的选定以及抗干扰措施的运用,总结了ACLD试验中出现的问题及应对措施。UHV transformer is one of the most important equipments of UHV power transmission project,due to the high voltage,large capacity and limited transportation,the design of UHV Transformer and the transportation difficulty,on-site installation and high technological requirements are integrated in the UHV substation.The tests of UHV transformer ensure the production and installation quality of the UHV transformer.In all test projects of the UHV Transformer,long-duration induced AC voltage withstand test is the most difficult and strict examinations,it tests the internal insulation,and it is an important measurement of the quality of the transformer.According to the characteristics of UHV Transformer,this paper introduces the principle of the ultrasonic wave location recognition technology applied in transformer for fault location test,and analyzes the advantages of the method of ultrasonic testing.The long-duration induced AC voltage withstand test applied in HuaiNan UHV Substation is introduced in this paper,by using the parameter selection and anti-interference measures,it is summed up the problems and Countermeasures in ACLD test.
