摘  要:呼伦贝尔能源基地的大容量机组对东北电网安全稳定影响显著。能源基地和送出系统经历了四个主要阶段,每个阶段的网架结构和电力送出需求不同,因此不同阶段的系统稳定特性和控制策略不同。其中呼辽直流投产初期,采用交直流系统并列运行且交流通道薄弱,安全稳定问题最为突出、控制策略最为复杂。本文利用等值双机系统模型,根据机组转子运动方程,进行呼伦贝尔能源送出系统的稳定特性及控制策略分析。The large capacity units of Hulunbuir energy base have a significant impact on the security and stability of Northeast Power Grid.The energy base and delivery system have gone through four main stages,grid structure and power delivery demand are different in each stage,so the system stability characteristics and control strategies are different at different stages.In the initial stage of Huliao DC system,AC/DC system operates in parallel and AC grid is weak,so the problems of safety and stability are the most prominent and control strategies are the most complex.In this paper,using equivalent two-machine system model,according to the rotor motion equation of the unit,the stability characteristics and control strategies of Hulunbuir energy delivery system are analyzed.
