摘　　要：为了探讨我院生物样本库信息化建设与成效,分析国内外生物样本库信息化建设情况,结合我院建设的实际需求,构建适合我院科研与临床需求的管理系统与功能模块,便于该院生物样本库的管理。通过生物样本库信息化建设提高组织效率、缩短工作流程,实现了样本储存、管理、浏览、取用、样本库运营的可视化管理。To discuss the informationization construction and effect of biological sample bank in our hospital,this paper analyzes the informationization construction of biological sample bank at home and abroad,and constructs a management system and functional modules which are suitable to the scientific research and clinical needs of authors’hospital,so as to facilitate the management of biological sample bank in the hospital.Organizational efficiency is improved and work is shortened through the informationization construction of biological sample bank.The process realizes the visual management of sample storage,management,browsing,access and operation of sample bank.
