摘 要:利益冲突是影响供应链绩效的重要原因,如何消除供应链冲突、设置合理的协调机制对供应链稳定和可持续发展具有重要的意义.考虑到供应商努力水平和风险规避行为是影响供应链绩效的重要因素,利用博弈论和“均值方差法”,构建一种基于供应商努力水平的主体效用模型,设计了基于增值利润共享的供应链协调机制.结果表明,所设计的机制能够有效地保障供应链主体在利润不受损情形下调动成员合作的积极性与能动性,实现零售商与供应商长期合作和供应链的可持续发展.Interest conflict is an important factor to affect the performance of supply chain,so that how to eliminate supply chain conflict and set up a reasonable coordination mechanism are of great significance to the stability and sustainable development of supply chain.Considering that the supplier effort performance and risk-averse behavior are important factors that affect supply chain performance,this paper constructs a subjective utility model through the supplier effort performance by using game theory and"mean-variance method".And the coordination mechanism of supply chain through value-added profit sharing is designed.The results show that the mechanism designed can effectively describe and solve the decision-making problems of the supply chain,and mobilize the initiative and motility of the members’cooperation under guaranteeing the main body of the supply chain without loss profit,and then it can realize the long-term cooperation between the retailer and the supplier and achieve the sustainable development of the supply chain.
