摘　　要：本文针对DF4D型调车机车实际运用中机车柴油机油气分离器向机车大顶喷油,不仅影响机车的外观整洁,还给机车司乘人员日常的维护保养造成困难,且喷出的油距离机车排气烟道近,极易引发火灾事故。技术人员结合机车运用及检修实际,经过技术分析,探索出解决油气分离器喷油的对策,采取相应的防范措施后,油气分离器向大顶喷油明显降低。This paper is aimed at the actual application of DF4D type shunting locomotive diesel engine oil and gas separator to the locomotive large roof fuel injection,not only affect the appearance of the locomotive clean,but also the daily maintenance of the locomotive crew caused difficulties,and the injection of oil near the locomotive exhaust flue,easily lead to fire accidents.Technical personnel combined with locomotive operation and maintenance practice,through technical analysis,to explore the solution to the oil-gas separator fuel injection countermeasures,after taking the corresponding preventive measures,the oil-gas separator to the large top fuel injection significantly reduced.
