摘　　要：打叶复烤车间为流水线生产,物料流量大,若生产过程中皮带输送机发生打滑故障,将严重影响生产。在一些位置较隐蔽的皮带机上安装打滑故障检测预警装置有助于提高打叶复烤车间流水生产线的稳定性。The leaf tobacco threshing and redrying workshop is a production line with large material flow.If the belt conveyor slips in the production process,the production will be seriously affected.In order to improve the stability of the production line in the leaf tobacco threshing and redrying workshop,the slip fault detection and early warning device is installed on some hidden belt conveyors.
