社会学制度主义视角下新型政党制度的构成要素分析

摘　　要：新型政党制度是当前政党政治领域的一个前沿研究课题,学术界对新型政党制度的研究存在基础研究课题探讨不够深入和分析视角缺乏学理性等不足,以社会学制度主义作为分析视角可以对既有新型政党制度的研究进行有益补充。基于社会学制度主义的规制性要素、规范性要素和文化-认知性要素对新型政党制度的构成要素进行系统分析可见,新型政党制度由作为制度要素的正式与非正式制度规范、作为价值要素的政党价值观与作为文化-认知性要素的优秀政党文化三个由浅入深的层面构成。制度要素、价值要素与文化-认知性要素相辅相成、相互补充,展现出新型政党制度包容性的理论内涵。The new type system is a cutting-edge research topic in the field of political party politics.There are some deficiencies in the research of the new party system in the academic circle,such as the lack of in-depth discussion of basic research topics and the lack of academic rationality in the analytical perspective.The sociological institutionalism as an analytical perspective can usefully supplement the research of the existing new party system.A systematic analysis of the constituent elements of the new party system based on the regulatory,normative,and cultural-cognitive elements of sociological institutionalism shows that the new party system is regulated by formal and informal institutions as institutional elements,party values as value elements and the excellent party culture as cultural-cognitive elements are composed of three levels.Regulative elements,value elements and cultural-cognitive elements complement each other and complement each other,showing the theoretical connotation of the inclusiveness of the new party system.
