新医改背景下病案信息的利用与管理分析

摘　　要：在新医改背景下,病案信息利用价值受到了应有的重视,但是其作用价值还没有得到充分发挥。这主要是由于在开展病案信息管理的过程中,采取的管理理念和方法较为落后。另外也与病案自身质量偏低有关,难以满足相关医疗统计和研究工作的利用需求。为提高病案信息利用率,需要加快病案信息管理创新。文章首先阐述新医改背景下,病案信息的利用与管理的意义,然后对当前的现状予以分析,并提供具体的工作路径。其中,主要将医疗统计、教学教研、医院管理作为病案信息利用的主要方向,同时将质量管理、技术运用作为切入点探究管理方式,以供参考。In the background of the new medical reform,the value of the medical record information is paid attention to,but the value of its function is not fully brought into full play.This is mainly due to the backward management idea and method in the process of medical record information management.In addition,it is related to the low quality of the medical record,and it is difficult to meet the needs of relevant medical statistics and research work.In ord to improve that utilization of the medical record information,it is necessary to accelerate the innovation of the medical record information management.This paper first expounds the significance of the utilization and management of medical record information under the background of new medical reform.Then it analyzes the current situation and provides specific work path.Among them,medical statistics,teaching and research,hospital management are the main directions of medical record information utilization.At the same time,quality management and technology application are used as the starting point to explore management methods for reference.
