中药复方制剂治疗职业性慢性铅中毒的研究

摘　　要：目的对于职业性慢性铅中毒患者采取中药复方制剂进行治疗的临床疗效进行探讨。方法选取2018年4月—2019年4月接诊的职业性慢性铅中毒患者60例作为本次研究对象,随机分组,给予其中30例职业性慢性铅中毒患者常规治疗措施,作为对照组;剩余30例职业性慢性铅中毒患者在常规治疗基础之上加用中药复方制剂治疗,作为研究组,对比两组职业性慢性铅中毒患者接受各自治疗措施之后的临床疗效。结果两组职业性慢性铅中毒患者的平均治疗疗程对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组职业性慢性铅中毒患者接受各自治疗措施之后低钙血症以及不良反应出现几率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中对于职业性慢性铅中毒患者,为其提供中药复方制剂治疗效果明显,能够降低治疗所需疗程,减少不良反应的出现风险。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations for occupational chronic lead poisoning patients.Methods 60 patients with occupational chronic lead poisoning who were admitted from April 2018 to April 2019 were enrolled in this study.Randomized treatment was given to 30 patients with occupational chronic lead poisoning as control group.30 patients with occupational chronic lead poisoning were treated with traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation on the basis of conventional treatment.As a research group,the clinical effects of the two groups of occupational chronic lead poisoning patients after receiving their respective treatment measures were compared.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the average treatment course between the two groups of occupational chronic lead poisoning patients(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of hypocalcemia and adverse reactions between the two groups of occupational chronic lead poisoning patients after receiving their respective treatment measures(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,patients with occupational chronic lead poisoning have obvious therapeutic effects on recurrent preparations of traditional Chinese medicine,which can reduce the course of treatment and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
