摘  要:目的实现公立医院一院多区间医疗与管理的同质化,以期为中国的医药改革贡献自己的智慧和方案。方法通过个案分析,以安徽医科大学第一附属医院高新院区药剂科为例,针对工作中遇到的困难,采取创新管理的模式和方法,结合实际面对的问题逐一解决进行总结。结果通过一体化管理,解决了一院多区管理、运行、药事服务的难点和痛点。结论通过统一精细运行管理,实行同工同酬待遇,绩效考核,提供良好发展空间,加之人文关怀,采取激励手段,有利于破解目前一体化管理过程中的诸多难题。Objective To realize the homogeneity of multi-branches of One hospital medical treatment and management in a public hospital,so as to contribute our own wisdom and plan to the medical reform in China.Methods Taking the high-tech Hospital Pharmacy Department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University as an example,according to the difficulties encountered in the work,innovative management model and methods were adopted to solve the problems one by one.Results Through the integrated management,the difficulties and pain points of multi-branches of One hospital management,operation and pharmaceutical service in one hospital were solved.Conclusion Through unified fine operation management,equal pay day treatment,providing good development space,humanistic care,and encouraging means,it is helpful to solve many problems in the current integrated management process.
