MRI在鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的临床诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的采用CT、MRI诊断鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤,比较两种方法的临床诊断价值。方法以我院2019年5月—2020年5月经手术病理证实的70例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者作为研究对象,对所有患者均进行CT、MRI扫描,比较两种诊断方法诊断符合率。结果采用MRI检查方法的诊断符合率为97.1%,高于CT检查方法的94.3%(P>0.05)。经MRI检查病理T分期符合率为97.1%,高于CT检查方法的85.7%(P<0.05)结论MRI对鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的诊断率高,且在对鼻内翻性乳头状瘤分期诊断中的符合率高于CT诊断,在临床分期诊断中更具临床应用价值。Objective CT and MRI were used to diagnose inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus.The clinical diagnostic value of the two methods was compared.Methods From May 2019 to May 2020,70 patients with inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses confirmed by surgery and pathology were studied.All patients were scanned by CT and MRI,and the diagnostic coincidence rate of the two diagnostic methods was compared.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of MRI was 97.1%,which was higher than 94.3%of CT(P>0.05).The coincidence rate of pathological T staging by MRI was 97.1%,higher than that by CT(85.7%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic rate of inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus by MRI is high,and the coincidence rate of staging diagnosis of inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus is higher than that of CT diagnosis.It has more clinical application value in clinical staging diagnosis and deserves to be popularized and applied.
