摘　　要：目的分析右美托咪定联合瑞芬太尼在老年患者经内镜逆行胰胆管造影麻醉中的应用效果。方法抽选2017年10月—2019年10月期间在本院麻醉科接受诊治的老年患者(50例),根据抛硬币法将其分为参照组与试验组,分别施以丙泊酚+瑞芬太尼和右美托咪定+瑞芬太尼的麻醉方式,比较两组患者的临床指标。结果试验组患者在术中和清醒后两个时间段的心率与血压指标分别为(88.56±4.63)次/min、(76.72±3.25)次/min、和(75.23±7.24)mmHg、(71.01±4.23)mmHg,与参照组相比均存在明显的优势(t=12.5091,P=0.0000;t=23.1596,P=0.0000;t=6.3887,P=0.0000;t=11.6231,P=0.0000)。结论老年患者在经内镜逆行胰胆管造影麻醉中应用右美托咪定联合瑞芬太尼的治疗方式,对改善患者的临床指标具有积极意义。Objective To analyze the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with remifentanil in elderly patients with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography.Methods Elderly patients(50 cases)who were treated in our anesthesiology department from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected and divided into a reference group and an experimental group according to the coin toss method,and propofol+refen The anaesthesia methods of fentanyl and dexmedetomidine+remifentanil were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The heart rate and blood pressure of patients in the experimental group during the two periods of operation and after awake were(88.56±4.63)times/min,(76.72±3.25)times/min,(75.23±7.24)mmHg,and(71.01±4.23)mmHg,compared with the reference group.There are obvious advantages(t=12.5091,P=0.0000;t=23.1596,P=0.0000;t=6.3887,P=0.0000;t=11.6231,P=0.0000).Conclusion The use of dexmedetomidine and remifentanil in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography anesthesia in elderly patients has positive significance for improving clinical indicators of patients.
