标准操作规程在专科器械超声波清洗中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过建立和实施,消毒供应中心专科器械超声波清洗选择合适的频率及时间的标准操作规程(Standard Operating Procedures,即SOP),达到专科器械清洗同质化的效果,提高专科器械的清洗质量。方法分别抽取2019年实施专科器械超声波清洗选择合适的频率及时间的SOP前后的专科器械为研究对象,对洗消人员进行理论及技能培训,经考核合格后上岗操作。然后对器械的清洗质量进行比较,所得数据用SPSS 21.0软件进行统计分析。结果SOP实施后清洗质量的不合格率由3.9%减少至0.9%,P=0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论专科器械超声波清洗SOP的制定及应用,使消毒供应中心工作人员更加深入了解超声波清洗的理论知识,更加关注专科器械和超声波清洗,提高了专科器械的供应质量,减少医院感染发生。Objective To improve the cleaning quality of specialized instruments by establishing and implementing standard operating procedures(SOP)for selecting appropriate frequency and time for ultrasonic cleaning of specialized instruments in disinfection supply center.Methods Select the special instruments before and after SOP with appropriate frequency and time in 2019,and compare the cleaning quality.The data are analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software.Results After SOP implementation,the unqualified rate of cleaning quality was reduced,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The formulation and application of SOP for ultrasonic cleaning of specialist instruments make staff pay more attention to specialist instruments and ultrasonic cleaning,improve the supply quality of specialist instruments and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
