摘　　要：目的研究中风患者半身不遂的中西医结合护理体会。方法随机抽取我院收治中风后半身不遂患者74例为成两组,对照组(常规护理,n=37)与观察组(中西医结合护理,n=37),比较两组护理效果。结果观察组生活质量优于对照组,观察组卒中量表(NIH Stroke Scale,NIHSS)、运动功能量表(Fugl-Meyer,FMA)优于对照组,对比差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中风半身不遂患者接受中西医结合护理服务,可以改善生活质量,利于神经功能、肢体运动功能的恢复。Objective To study the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating patients with stroke.Methods Randomly selected 74 patients with hemiplegia after stroke in our hospital were divided into two groups.The control group(routine care,n=37)and the observation group(integrated Chinese and western medicine care,n=37)were compared to compare the effect of the two groups.Results The quality of life in the observation group was better than that in the control group.The stroke scale(NIH,Stroke,Scale,NIHSS)and motor function scale(Fugl-Meyer,FMA)in the observation group were better than those in the control group.The comparisons were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with stroke and hemiplegia who receive integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing services can improve the quality of life,benefit the recovery of nerve function and limb movement function.
