摘　　要：目前,钢筋网自动焊接设备主要采取了电阻点和电阻对焊的方式,降低了生产成本,节约了焊条和电能,为公司带来了可观的经济和社会效益,提高了企业的市场竞争力。因此,设计钢筋网自动焊接设备,实现焊接过程的实时控制。At present,the automatic welding equipment for reinforcing mesh mainly adopts resistance point and resistance butt welding,which not only reduces production cost,but also saves welding rod and electric energy.With the gradual deepening of application,it has brought considerable economic and social benefits to the company and improved the market competitiveness of the enterprise.In this paper,the automatic welding equipment is designed to realize the real-time control of the welding process.
