摘 要:为了充分有效地降低GDX2商标胶缸清洗损伤,提高烟包小盒商标上胶质量,在分析GDX2商标胶缸清洗原理和运动学模型的基础上,提出了一种悬空可转动GDX2商标胶缸立体化清洗辅助装置的设计思路。为了验证装置的力学特性,利用SOLIDWORKS对其进行了动力学仿真。仿真结果表明,该装置的力学特性满足使用要求。为了验证装置的功能特性,对8组GDX2商标胶缸清洗进行实验。实验结果表明,使用该装置后GDX2商标胶缸清洗损伤得到了有效缓解,该方案具有可行性。To reduce the cleaning damage of GDX2 trademark rubber cylinder fully and effectively,improve the quality of trademark rubber on cigarette case.The cleaning principle of and kinematic model of GDX2 trademark rubber cylinder are analyzed.Proposing a design idea that applying auxiliary device of GDX2 trademark rubber cylinder to make it suspended in the air for preventing bump damage.To verify the mechanical characteristics of the device,the dynamics simulation is carried out by SOLIDWORKS.Simulation results show that the mechanical characteristics of the device meet the use requirements.To verify the functional characteristics of the device,eight groups of GDX2 trademark rubber cylinder cleaning experiments were carried out.The results show that the GDX2 trademark rubber cylinder cleaning damage is effectively alleviated after using the device.
