摘　　要：转子同心度是发动机装配中非常重要的测量和控制参数,而夹持夹具对同心度测量起着关键性作用。通过采用液性塑料夹具方案,阐述夹具设计、制造要点,证明液性塑料夹具可有效提高测量质量和效率。Rotor concentricity is a very important measurement and control parameter in engine assembly,and clamping fixtures play a key role in concentricity measurement.By adopting the liquid plastic fixture solution,and explaining the design and manufacturing points of the fixture,it is proved that the liquid plastic fixture can effectively improve the measurement quality and efficiency.
