摘　　要：砼搅拌站内自动配料系统初期应用集成控制模式,尽管拥有较高的自动化水平,但一旦控制板被损坏,需要针对各个板块实施逐一替换调试,影响现场生产。改进后变成一秤一表模式,增加了学习功能。如果控制板损坏,只需进行单个替换即可,缩短了检修时间,提高了生产效率。The integrated control mode is applied in the initial stage of the automatic batching system in the concrete mixing station.Although it has a high level of automation,once the control board is damaged and needs to be replaced and debugged one by one for each plate,which affects the field production.
