摘　　要：金属制品行业工人劳动强度大,因此设计制造了具有行架式搬运机构且自动上盘、绕丝、收卷、打结、下盘的全自动收线机设备。该设备通过行架式搬运机构将空工字轮从周转箱搬运至收线机收卷处,进行收卷拉拔好的成品钢丝。收卷满盘后,它可自动把丝头固定在工字轮上,通过行架式搬运机构搬运至周转箱。水箱拉丝机使用全自动收线机,降低了工人劳动强度,提高了设备生产产能。High labor intensity of the workers in the metal products industry,a full-automatic wire taking up machine with the frame type carrying mechanism,automatic hanging,winding,winding,knotting and footwall is designed and manufactured.The equipment transports the empty I-shaped wheel from the turnover box to the winding place of the take-up machine through the frame type handling mechanism,and then the finished steel wire is rolled and drawn.After the reeling is completed,the screw head is automatically fixed on the I-shaped wheel and then transported to the turnover box through the rack type transport mechanism.Reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the production capacity of machine.
