摘  要:以低品位石英砂为主要原料,通过添加辅助配料,采用发泡法,制备孔梯度多孔砖。通过对孔梯度材料性能测试,可以得到以下结论:石英质孔梯度砖坯体在1300℃下烧结后有明显的梯度结构。结合材料性能和耗能之间的性价比,石英质孔梯度砖应采用水料比为1.4,烧结温度为1300℃制备石英质孔梯度砖,其密度为1.736g/cm^3,气孔率为32.45%。In this paper,low-grade quartz sand is used as the main raw material,through the addition of auxiliary ingredients,and the foaming method is used to prepare porous gradient porous bricks.Through pulping,forming,drying and firing processes,as well as pore gradient material performance testing,the following conclusions can be obtained:the quartz pore gradient brick body is fired at 1100℃ and 1200℃,no obvious gradient structure is found,but the quartz pore after firing at 1300℃,the gradient brick body has obvious gradient structure.Combining the cost performance between material performance and energy consumption,in order to obtain a better bonding point,the quartz pore gradient brick should use water/material ratio of 1.4 and a firing temperature of 1300℃.The prepared quartz pore gradient brick has a density of 1.736g/cm^3 and a porosity of 32.45%.
