摘　　要：详细分析了各类固体废弃物的性能特点,指出烧结砖企业在现有"一次码烧"生产工艺条件下,要保持协同处置废弃物的优势,保质保量地生产烧结制品,保证烟气等物质达标排放,必须严格控制原料和固废物的种类选择,完善干燥焙烧隧道窑的结构,采取相应处置固废的工艺和制备。The article analyzes the performance characteristics of various solid wastes in detail,and points out that the fired brick enterprises should maintain the advantage of co-processing solid waste under the existing“oncesetting-firing”process,produce fired products with quality and quantity,and ensure flue gas.For the discharge of other substances up to the standard,the selection of raw materials and solid waste must be strictly controlled,the structure of the drying and tunnel kiln must be improved,and the process and preparation of solid waste disposal should be adopted accordingly.
