摘 要:制备了不同钒负载量和Mo含量的钒钛氧化物催化剂,采用XRD和拉曼光谱对制备的催化剂进行表征,考察了催化剂在均四甲苯气相氧化制均苯四甲酸二酐反应中的催化性能。实验结果表明,当V/Ti质量比为0.23时,催化剂的均苯四甲酸二酐收率最高;在Mo/V质量比为0.02时,能够减少发生深度氧化,提高均苯四甲酸二酐的收率。表征结果显示,钒钛氧化物催化剂中钒主要以V2O5、多聚的VOx物种和孤立的VOx物种存在,V/Ti质量比为0.05的催化剂中仅含有多聚的VOx物种和孤立的VOx物种,催化剂依然具有良好的催化活性,因此多聚的VOx物种和孤立的VOx物种在催化反应中具有重要作用。V-Ti oxide catalysts with different V content and Mo content were prepared.The catalysts were characterized by XRD and Raman spectrum.The catalytic performance in gas oxidation of 1,2,4,5-tetramethylbenzene to pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA)was studied.The results showed that the yield of PMDA was highest when the V/Ti mass ratio of the catalyst was 0.23,the deep oxidation was reduced and the yield of PMDA was increased when the Mo/V mass ratio of the catalyst was 0.02.The characterization results show that the vanadium in the catalyst was mainly in the form of V2O5,polymerized VOx species and isolated VOx species.It was notable that the catalyst with V/Ti mass ratio of 0.05 had only polymerized VOx species and isolated VOx species and had a good catalytic performance.The results showed that the polymerized VOx species and isolated VOx species played important roles on the gas oxidation of 1,2,4,5-tetramethylbenzene to PMDA.
