摘  要:以正丁基锂为引发剂,2,2-二(2-四氢呋喃基)丙烷(DTHFP)为极性调节剂,采用阴离子聚合法合成了溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR),利用1HNMR方法研究了不同DTHFP用量下SSBR的微观结构含量,并与极性调节剂四氢呋喃(THF)和乙基四氢糠基醚(ETE)进行了比较。实验结果表明,DTHFP具有较强的乙烯基结构调节能力,当引发温度为35℃、DTHFP含量为0.030%(w)时,共聚物中的乙烯基结构含量可以达到68.2%(w),共聚物中嵌段苯乙烯含量均小于0.5%(w)。DTHFP与ETE调控SSBR微观结构的能力相当,均明显高于THF,均为SSBR理想的极性调节剂。Solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR)was synthesized by anionic polymerization using n-butyllithium as initiator and 2,2-bis(2-tetrahydrofuryl)propane(DTHFP)as polar regulator.The microstructure content of SSBR at different DTHFP levels was studied by 1H NMR and compared with polar regulator tetrahydrofuran(THF)and ethyltetrahydrofurfuryl ether(ETE).The results show that DTHFP performs well in regulating the vinyl structure.When the initiation temperature at 35℃and the concentration of DTHFP in solution is 0.030%(w),the vinyl structure content in the copolymer can reach 68.2%(w).And the block styrene content in the copolymer is less than 0.5%(w).DTHFP and ETE have the same ability to modify the microstructure of SSBR,which are significantly higher than THF.Both DTHFP and ETE are ideal polar regulators for SSBR.
