摘  要:采用温西一区块的模拟地层水,研究了KX-037超低界面张力泡沫体系和XHY-4泡沫体系的油水界面张力、高温高压下的泡沫性能和耐油性能,并模拟地层条件考察了泡沫体系的驱油效果。实验结果表明,KX-037超低界面张力泡沫体系的油水界面张力在10^-3~10^-4 mN/m数量级,泡沫体积、泡沫半衰期和泡沫综合指数均优于XHY-4泡沫体系,具有更好的耐油性能和泡沫稳定性,KX-037超低界面张力泡沫体系提高采收率15.82%,而XHY-4泡沫体系的采收率仅为7.03%。超低界面张力泡沫体系可通过极大的降低油水界面张力和提高洗油效率来提高低渗油藏的采收率。The simulated formation water in the Wenxi 1 block was used to study the oil-water interfacial tension of KX-037 ultra-low interfacial tension foam system and XHY-4 foam system,foam performance at high temperature and pressure,and oil resistance.Flooding effect of the system was investigated by simulated formation condition.Experimental results show that the oil-water interfacial tension of KX-037 ultra-low interfacial tension foam system is in the order of 10^-3-10^-4 mN/m.The foam volume,foam half life,and foam composite index are better than XHY-4 foam system,with better oil resistance and foam stability,KX-037 ultra-low interfacial tension foam system improves the oil recovery rate by 15.82%,while the XHY-4 foam system has an oil recovery rate of 7.03%.The ultra-low interfacial tension foam system can improve the recovery of low-permeability reservoirs by greatly reducing the oil-water interfacial tension and improving the washing efficiency.
