摘 要:研究了卡尔·费休库仑法测定丙烯中微量水含量的过程中,丙烯渐次气化对液相丙烯水含量的影响;考察了液态烃闪蒸气化取样进样器(简称气化进样器)在避免丙烯渐次气化、保证液相丙烯试样水含量测试数据稳定中的作用;采用称重法考察了气化进样器控制丙烯进样量的准确性;并对水含量差别很大的实际丙烯试样进行了测试。实验结果表明,丙烯在采样钢瓶中渐次气化会导致剩余液相丙烯的水含量不断降低,采用气化进样器将液态丙烯完全气化可避免这一影响,连续测定液相丙烯水含量15次,相对标准偏差小于5.0%;气化进样器可以准确控制试样的进样量,测量值与称重值的相对误差不大于4.0%;用气化进样器气化丙烯,采用卡尔·费休库仑法测定丙烯中的微量水含量,数据稳定性好,相对标准偏差小于9.0%(n=6),准确度高,加标回收率为98.0%~105.0%。The effect of propylene gradual gasification on water content of liquid propylene was investigated when trace contents of water in propylene were measured by Karl·Fischer coulometry.The effect of liquid hydrocarbon flash evaporator on avoiding the gradual gasification of propylene and ensuring the stability of water content test data was investigated.The accuracy of propylene injection mass controlled by the flash evaporator was tested by weighing methods and the actual propylene samples with different water content were tested.The results show that the water content in remaining liquid propylene decreased during propylene gradual gasification in a sampling cylinder.The effect could be eliminated by a flash evaporator gasifying liquid propylene that the relative standard deviation(RSD)of 15 times consecutive determination of water content was less than 5.0%.The relative deviation between the measured values and the weighing values of propylene injection mass was not more than 4.0%.Using a flash evaporator gasifying liquid propylene,Karl·Fisher coulometry was used to determine trace content of water in propylene,the data was stable with RSD less than 9.0%(n=6)and accurate with recoveries between 98.0%and 105.0%.
