摘　　要：世纪之交,习近平在福建工作期间,非常关心和重视当地高等教育发展,多次亲临集美大学,发表一系列重要讲话,形成了体系较为完整的关于高等教育工作论述。提出"科教兴国""科教兴省"为指针的高等教育发展定位与任务,"特色"高等教育的办学理念,"上规模""上档次"的高等教育办学目标,不断"改革创新"的高等教育办学路径,"重点建设"和"资源整合"的高等教育投入策略等,一系列具有理论深度的真知灼见。At the beginning of this century,General Secretary Xi Jinping paid great attention to the development of local higher education during his tenure in Fujian.He visited Jimei University seven times and delivered a series of important speeches,which formed a relatively complete system of early expositions on higher education.That is to say,They are deep insight with a serious of theories like the orientation and task of higher education development guided by“rejuvenating the country through science and education”and“rejuvenating the province through science and education”;the idea of running a school with“characteristics”;the goal of running a school of higher education with“scale”and“grade”;the path of running a school of higher education with“reform and innovation”;the investment strategy of higher education with“key construction”and“resource integration”,etc.
