摘　　要：本文总结了新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发展3个主要阶段的门急诊护理管理实践,包括疫情防控启动阶段的建立新冠肺炎组织管理体系、调整门急诊就诊流程、加大护理人员专项培训,疫情应对阶段的建立“日汇报”制度、制订管理规范和应急预案、合理调配护理人力、护理人员管理、深入专项培训,疫情巩固阶段的就诊患者管理、科学调配护理人力、加强护士心理建设,以期为后续传染病防控临床实践提供借鉴。This paper summarizes the practice of outpatient and emergency nursing management at three main stages regarding the epidemic development of COVID-19,including the establishment of the organization and management system for COVID-19,the adjustment of outpatient and emergency treatment process,the increase of special training for nursing staff at the initial stage of epidemic prevention and control;the establishment of"daily report"system,the formulation of management specifications and emergency plans,the reasonable allocation of nursing manpower,the management of nursing staff,the in-depth special training at the epidemic response stage;and the management of patients,the scientific allocation of nursing manpower,and the enhancement of the psychological construction of nurses at the epidemic consolidation stage,so as to provide reference for the follow-up clinical practice of infectious disease prevention and control.
