摘  要:介绍了一种关口电能计量装置在线监测与远程故障诊断系统,采用GPS同步采样和低压电力线宽带载波通信同步技术,实时采集关口电能表和电压、电流互感器二次回路信号,实现关口计量装置全时检验和运行状态监测。通过计量设备异常事件数据库实现对异常事件的判别、记录、告警,通过故障仿真平台还原现场故障电压、电流波形,实现关口电能表在异常工况下的误差检验,应用智能化专家诊断和状态评估技术,实现关口计量装置的可靠性、剩余寿命的判断。This paper introduces an on-line monitoring and remote fault diagnosis system for gateway energy metering device.It adopts GPS synchronous sampling and low voltage power line broadband carrier communication synchronous technology to collect the secondary loop signals of gateway energy meter and voltage and current transformer in real time,so as to realize all-time inspection and operation condition monitoring of gateway energy metering device.The identification,recording and alarm of abnormal events are realized through the database of abnormal events of metering equipment.The fault voltage and current waveforms are restored by the fault simulation platform to check the error of the gateway energy meter under abnormal conditions.The reliability and residual life of the gateway metering device are judged by the intelligent expert diagnosis and state evaluation technology.
