摘  要:文中建立智能电能表结构化模型,分析确定智能电能表受温度影响产生误差的主要因素,即AD转换器基准电压受温度影响的变化。采用机理建模的方法,建立了CMOS带隙基准源和AD转换器受温度影响的数学模型,采用普遍应用的点积和电能测量算法,研究分析基准电压随温度的变化对智能电能表误差的影响及关系;并通过试验,给出智能电能表误差变化随温度与时间变化的关系曲线。根据被试电能表的等级,给出大规模智能电能表自动化检定流水线的温度参比条件的建议。A structured model of smart electricity meters is firstly established in this paper,and the main factors that lead to smart electricity meters errors is analyzed and determined,that is the change of reference voltage of AD converter with temperature.Then,the mathematical models of CMOS bandgap reference and AD converter affected by temperature are established.And the influence and relationship between the reference voltage of smart electricity meter and temperature is studied and analyzed through using the commonly used point product energy measurement algorithm.The relationship curve between the error change of smart electricity meter and the temperature change with time is given through experiments.Finally,according to the accuracy level of the tested smart electricity meter,the suggestions on temperature reference conditions of automatic calibration conveyor line of large-scale smart electricity meters is proposed.
