摘 要:目的探讨发散性思维聚合具化工具图在糖尿病胰岛素治疗患者注射误区教育中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年10月收治于我院接受胰岛素注射治疗的糖尿病患者100例为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用常规教育模式开展胰岛素注射技术教育,试验组在此基础上加用发散性思维聚合具化工具图,比较两组干预后的各观察指标。结果试验组患者干预后的胰岛素注射知识掌握度评分、教育满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论发散性思维聚合具化工具图的应用有助于提高糖尿病患者胰岛素注射误区教育效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of tool chart with divergent thinking aggregation in the education of injection misunderstanding in patients with diabetic insulin therapy.Methods To select 100 cases of patients with diabetes who were treated with insulin injections in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a test group.The control group used conventional education mode to carry out insulin injection technology education,and the test group added tool map with divergent thinking aggregation on this basis to compare the observational indicators after intervention between the two groups.Results The scores of mastery degree of insulin injection knowledge and educational satisfaction scores of patients in the test group after intervention were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of tool map with divergent thinking aggregation can help improve the effect of misunderstanding education of insulin injection in diabetic patients.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
