老年肺结核患者服药依从性的多因素分析与护理措施

摘　　要：目的探讨老年肺结核患者服药依从性影响因素及护理措施。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月我院收治的126例肺结核患者为研究对象,回顾性调查和分析入选对象的一般资料和服药情况,对老年肺结核服药依从性相关影响因素进行多元线性回归分析。结果126例老年肺结核患者服药依从性评分(6.28±0.79)分,依从性高46例(36.51%),依从性中等39例(30.95%),依从性低41例(32.54%),总体服药依从性处于中低下水平。多元线性回归分析显示,婚姻状况、年收入、肺结核知识认知程度及服药种类为影响老年肺结核患者服药依从性的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论分析老年肺结核患者服药依从性影响因素,找出原因采取针对性护理干预,提高患者及家属对药物依从性的重要性和必要性认知,确保长期规律用药、定期复诊,达到彻底治愈肺结核的目的。Objective To explore the influencing factors and nursing measures of medication compliance of elderly patients with tuberculosis.Methods To select 126 cases of patients with tuberculosis admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 as the study objects,the general information and medication status of the enrolled subjects were retrospectively investigated and analyzed,and multiple linear regression analysis was conducted for the influencing factors of medication compliance of elderly patients with tuberculosis.Results In 126 cases of elderly patients with tuberculosis,there was a medication compliance score of(6.28±0.79)points,46 cases with high compliance(36.51%),39 cases with moderate compliance(30.95%),and 41 cases with low compliance(32.54%),the overall medication compliance was at a low to medium level.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the marital status,annual income,knowledge of tuberculosis knowledge,and type of medication were the independent risk factors affecting medication compliance in elderly patients with tuberculosis(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical staff should analyze the influencing factors of medication compliance in elderly patients with tuberculosis,find out the reasons and take targeted nursing interventions to improve the importance and necessity of drug compliance in patients and family members,ensure long-term regular medication and regular follow-up visits to achieve a the goal of completely curing tuberculosis.
