摘　　要：目的探讨慢性肾脏病腹膜透析患者认知功能现状及相关影响因素。方法选取我院肾内科2018年1月至2019年6月53例慢性肾脏病腹膜透析患者为研究对象,其中25例认知功能正常,占47.17%,28例认知功能存在一定程度损害,占53.12%。通过蒙特利尔认知评估量表、单因素分析和logistic回归模型的方法,分析造成慢性肾脏病腹膜透析认知功能受损的影响因素。结果多因素logistic回归分析显示,KT/V值(OR=0.408)、年龄(OR=2.252)、开始透析时血肌酐值(OR=2.221)、高血压(OR=2.686)是影响慢性肾脏病腹膜透析认知功能的因素(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾脏病腹膜透析认知功能障碍的发生率较高,发生原因与患者的年龄、腹膜透析开始时的血肌酐值、KT/V值、高血压等因素密切相关。Objective To investigate the cognitive function status and related influencing factors in patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing peritoneal dialysis.Methods To select 53 cases of patients with chronic kidney disease peritoneal dialysis from January 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital as the study objects,of which 25 cases had normal cognitive function,accounting for 47.17%,and 28 cases had cognitive impairment to a certain extent,accounting for 53.12%.The Montreal cognitive assessment scale,univariate analysis and logistic regression model were used to analyze the influencing factors of cognitive function impairment of peritoneal dialysis in chronic kidney disease.Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the KT/V value(OR=0.408),age(OR=2.252),blood creatinine value at the beginning of dialysis(OR=2.221),and hypertension(OR=2.686)were the factors affecting the cognitive function of chronic kidney disease peritoneal dialysis(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence rate of cognitive dysfunction in chronic kidney disease with peritoneal dialysis was relatively high,and the cause was closely related to the patient's age,blood creatinine value at the beginning of dialysis,KT/V value,hypertension and other factors.
